By using Petie (the App), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Agreement
Using the App means you agree to these Terms.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, slander, or inappropriate content in nicknames, dog names, or chats
- Reverse engineering, bots, or any tampering with app data
- Illegal acts, copyright or portrait-right infringement
- Interfering with the app's operation
3. User-Generated Content
- Nicknames and dog names deemed inappropriate may be edited or deleted by us without notice
- You can report inappropriate content via the report feature
4. Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings
- We may delete accounts that violate these Terms without notice
5. Virtual Currency (Coins / Diamonds)
- In-app currency cannot be exchanged for real money
- All in-app currency is forfeited upon account deletion
6. Disclaimers
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the App
- We will make best efforts but cannot fully guarantee against data loss, server outages, or communication errors
7. Updates
These Terms may be updated without notice. Important changes will be announced in-app.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
